The city now has its own web portal available to our customers. Here you can pay your bills, look at your payment history, and review your statements and readings. This requires registration at the link below. Your account number and location number will be required and can be found on your statement (Starting with the 3/31/23 bill). If you have trouble registering, you can call the city during normal business hours, and we can provide a one-time temporary registration number.

A couple things to note…

• Payments will reflect immediately on your balance.
• Checking is free but a fee will apply to all debit and credit cards
  based on the amount of payment and your card company.
• You can only pay if a balance is available.
